Patrick Lee

Vice President of Strategy

For the past 20 years, Mr. Patrick Lee has held a variety of strategy, product development and finance roles across several different sectors. Given his diverse experiences, Mr. Lee brings a holistic view of the healthcare segment, especially as it relates to the pharmaceutical supply chain. He has held executive roles within healthcare companies of all sizes, from rapidly growing new innovative entrants to Fortune 10 companies that span the spectrum in patient services.


Mr. Lee is currently Vice President of Strategy for PharmaCord. Within this role, he oversees the
development of new market opportunities and drives initiatives that help accelerate growth for the
company.


Prior to PharmaCord, Mr. Lee led the product and business development efforts for CVS Health’s long-
term care business. While serving in this capacity, Mr. Lee developed several strategic patient services
programs, including the launch of a differentiated pharmacy offering for independent living residents as
well as an onsite flu clinic service for the assisted living market. Additionally, Mr. Lee developed an
innovative solution for payers that was designed to enable higher quality of care and lower costs for
senior living residents, while positioning CVS Health for accelerated pharmacy growth.


Before CVS Health, Mr. Lee served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Investor Relations for
Omnicare. In this role, he had accountability for the company’s strategy function, which entailed
pursuing the development of strategic alliances and collaborations with companies across the
healthcare spectrum as well as the development of certain innovation initiatives that further improved
Omnicare’s positioning within its core markets. While serving in this capacity, Patrick developed pilot
programs for the company’s Assisted Living platform that now serve as the basis for its current model. In
addition, Patrick conceptualized and launched OmniPlanFinder, a technology offering intended to
reduce costs for Long-Term Care providers and residents. He also held responsibility for Omnicare’s
investor relations function, an area of which he enhanced the effectiveness throughout his seven-year
tenure at the company. While at Omnicare, he was named to the 2013 All-America Executive Team
(Institutional Investor).


Prior to joining Omnicare in 2008, Mr. Lee held finance, operations and investor relations leadership
roles for Gevity HR, Inc. (now TriNet Group, Inc.) and Zale Corporation (now Signet Jewelers). He earned
his bachelor’s degree of business administration (BBA) in international business and economics from
Loyola University Maryland and a master’s degree in professional accounting (MPA) from the University
of Texas at Arlington.
