• Sarah Walker

    Vice President, Patient Services

    A compassionate healthcare leader dedicated to enhancing the patient experience, Ms. Walker has held operating responsibility for five years for some of PharmaCord’s largest and most complex client programs.  As Vice President of Patient Services, Ms. Walker brings an innate focus on scaling and optimizing PharmaCord’s service offerings to new and existing clients.

    Prior to PharmaCord, she held leadership positions from local Louisville businesses including Carewise Health and Anthem. Having navigated the intricacies in insurance claims, she brings a unique perspective that enables her to anticipate and address both challenges and opportunities that arise within the reimbursement sector of patient support services. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance. She also holds a certification from the National Commission for Health Education as a Certified Health Education Specialist.

  • Robert Truckenmiller

    Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Truckenmiller brings over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Truckenmiller is recognized for his forward-thinking and strategic leadership, leveraging deep industry expertise to drive innovation, elevate operational excellence, and advance patient-centric solutions that improve patient access & ongoing support.

    Prior to PharmaCord, Rob Truckenmiller held multiple US Commercial Leadership roles including business unit leadership as well as leading GSK’s U.S. Market Access team, with strategic and operational responsibility across all market access functions, including payer marketing, account management, trade strategies, revenue management, government price reporting, and patient services.  He was also a core member of the U.S. commercial leadership team, playing a key role in shaping commercial strategies and driving the growth and transformation of GSK’s U.S. Pharmaceutical business.

    Before his tenure at GSK, Rob Truckenmiller spent over 20 years in the biopharmaceutical industry, holding leadership roles in sales, marketing and market access at leading companies including EMD Serono, UCB Inc., and Johnson & Johnson.  At EMD Serono, he served as Senior Vice President of Oncology Business unit as well as Market Access & Customer Solutions team, where he led U.S. market access strategies, launch preparations, and payer contracting to improve patient access to medicines.

    Rob Truckenmiller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and an MBA in Finance and Financial Management from the University of Central Florida. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.  He has been withhis wife Kim for almost 30 years, and they have two daughters, Aly and Kaitlyn who both currently attend the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL.

  • Patrick Lee

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Lee is a versatile corporate finance executive, have held senior roles within finance, strategy, investor relations and product development across a wide range of public and private companies. At PharmaCord, he is responsible for the finance, human resources and marketing functions. He has helped guide the development of these critical support functions through various stages of PharmaCord’s growth journey.

    Before joining PharmaCord, Mr. Lee led the product and business development efforts for CVS Health’s long-term care business. While there, he developed many solutions, including one for payers designed to increase quality of care and lower costs for senior living residents, while positioning CVS Health for accelerated pharmacy growth. Mr. Lee transitioned to CVS Health from Omnicare, where he led strategy and investor relations amid the company’s $12.7 billion sale to CVS Health. While at Omnicare, he directed several key initiatives, including unlocking over $1.2 billion in market capitalization by adopting an “adjusted cash earnings” methodology, which better conveyed the company’s strong cash flows.  For his many contributions, he was named to the 2013 All-America Executive Team (Institutional Investor).  Mr. Lee has also held finance, operations, and investor relations roles in TriNet Group, Inc. and Signet Jewelers.

  • Cindy Padgett, J.D.

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Ms. Padgett is responsible for the commercialization of corporate and client initiatives, from solution design to customer experience optimization. As Chief Commercial Officer, she oversees solutions development, quality operations, legal operations and business optimization and standardization.In her 20+ year career, she has designed and contracted 400+ service programs for top-performing companies in the healthcare industry.

    Her distinguished career has involved leadership roles in patient services, reimbursement, legal, and compliance. Prior to joining PharmaCord, Ms. Padgett was a VP at US WorldMeds, leading the management of patient access programs, field reimbursement, government accounts and contracting. She also had a long career with RxCrossroads, an Omnicare Specialty Company, serving in many leadership roles, including General Manager.

  • Phani Konduru

    Chief Information Officer

    Mr. Konduru is a visionary leader at the intersection of healthcare and technology. As the Chief Information Officer at PharmaCord, Mr. Konduru brings a wealth of experience in leveraging digital innovation to drive business growth and enhance patient outcomes. At PharmaCord, he is responsible for optimizing PharmaCord’s IT infrastructure, fostering data-driven strategies and leading advancements in PharmaCord’s proprietary technology ecosystem, PharmaCord Lynk.

    Prior to PharmaCord, Mr. Konduru served as the Chief Digital and Technology Officer for BrightSpring Health Services. While there, he set the overall digital and technology vision and strategy for the company, executing an innovative and creative approach to better enable business growth and success. Mr. Konduru transitioned to BrightSpring Health Services from Humana, where he held various leadership roles over a 14-year tenure, ranging from Chief Technology Officer for Healthcare Services, Chief Architect, Vice President of Technology Advancement, Vice President of Consumer Technology and Wellness Segment CIO.

  • Rob Brown

    Chief Growth Officer

    An accomplished pharmaceutical leader, Mr. Brown oversees the business development and marketing teams, driving strategic initiatives to accelerate PharmaCord’s growth trajectory. As Chief Growth Officer, Mr. Brown is focused on the development and execution of targeted business development initiatives and the delivery of innovative solutions. He brings to our company 20 years of experience in maximizing commercialization, distribution, and access to pharmaceuticals.

    Mr. Brown has spent his 20+ year career in the industry, leading RxCrossroads through two acquisitions, and serving in leadership at CVS Health, McKesson, and Omnicare Specialty Care Group, where he successfully delivered revenue, operational improvements and market share growth. Most recently, he served as Vice President & General Manager for McKesson’s pharmacy services. He also has more than 10 years of experience in leading the operations and business development efforts for Cardinal Health Specialty Solutions, where he helped pioneer and lead many new service offerings.

  • Denise Von Dohren

    Senior Vice President, Patient Services

    A dynamic solution developer and operations lead, Ms. Von Dohren develops business opportunities with new and existing clients, and provides executive oversight for operations of a portfolio of PharmaCord’s client programs. Through her leadership, she is responsible for growing and evolving services for more than one-third of the PharmaCord’s programs. Her dedication to improving pharmaceutical access, and 20+ years of leadership in patient services are incredibly valuable to our clients.

    Over the years Ms. Von Dohren has worked with both providers and manufacturers. Most recently, she served as Director of Patient Services at CSL Behring. While there, she reshaped their domestic patient services strategy. Prior to that, she held a VP role at both RxCrossroads by McKesson and Director in several capacities at Merck. In her roles at Merck she oversaw all patient access and patient assistance programs, and served as a marketing director in the oncology franchise.

  • Dean Dimitropoulos

    Vice President Controller

    As Vice President Controller, Mr. Dimitropoulos guides the fiscal direction of PharmaCord. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, reporting and analysis, Mr. Dimitropoulos ensures the integrity of PharmaCord’s financial operations, bringing a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

    Bringing  over six years of expertise from the Louisville, Kentucky area, he has remained dedicated to a client-centric approach , fostered lasting partnerships while directing comprehensive audit engagements. Previously, he held the role of Assurance Manager at MCM CPAs & Advisors before joining PharmaCord.

    He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kentucky Wesleyan College.

  • Aaron Seamans, CISSP

    Vice President, Information Technology

    As Vice President of Information Technology, Mr. Seamans is responsible for leading the Plan and Run aspects of Information Technology. Central to this role is the steadfast commitment to safeguarding sensitive patient data through rigorous data security measures. This involves implementing robust protocols and systems to secure PharmaCord’s infrastructure. Mr. Seamans is also responsible for spearheading initiatives to uphold industry-leading standards of information security, such as the ISO 27001:2013 among other standards for the industry.

    Bringing over 25 years of invaluable experience in shared services across diverse industries, Mr. Seamans has demonstrated exceptional leadership across various domains. With a versatile skill set, he has excelled in pivotal roles such as application development, infrastructure design, information security and database administration, showcasing a remarkable breadth of expertise.

    He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Centre College, a Master of Business Administration from Midway University and various industry leading certifications.

  • Kellen Rollins

    Vice President of Software Development

    Mr. Rollins is a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of driving innovation and scalability in dynamic healthcare technology environments, software development and leadership. Mr. Rollins brings a wealth of experience in spearheading software development initiatives that elevate organizational capabilities. As the Vice President of Software Development, Mr. Rollins will enhance PharmaCord’s technological infrastructure to optimize the delivery of patient support services for new and existing clients.

    Prior to joining PharmaCord, he served as the Vice President of Engineering at onehome, where he led the company through its regional expansion of the home health business model. Prior to onehome, he spent 13 years at Waystar (formerly ZirMed), where he progressed from a full stack developer to a director overseeing eight engineering teams.
